Assistant Location Mgr/Seed Sales- Waukon
· Assist in the recruitment, hiring, orientation and supervision of seasonal employees.
· Assist with agronomy logistics, grain origination and marketing , and maintenance for location facilities, equipment
and vehicles.
· Direct customer contact to effect seed sales to current and potential customers within an assigned area.
· Ag degree and/or equivalent experience.
· Mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of various machines and tools.
· Willingness and ability to occasionally climb grain and agronomy structures.
· AS400 and Microsoft Office applications skills.
Grain Originator - Manchester, Iowa
Educate producers and employees on grain markets, grain origination, both in store and country. Assist with daily grain administration. Requires knowledge of merchandising techniques and logistics management. Degreed candidate or equivalent experience.
Crop Production Specialist - Winthrop/Manchester, IA
Promote the sales of all IAS products and programs with primary emphasis of crop protection products, plant food, seed, agronomy programs and services. Assist customers in making production and business decisions. Post secondary agricultural degree or equivalent with education and experience. CCA preferred.
