Built to Support Your Classroom, Your Program, and Your Students
At Innovative Ag Services (IAS), we believe strong agricultural education is the foundation of a strong ag industry. That’s why we partner directly with agricultural educators and FFA advisors to connect classroom learning to real-world careers, leadership development, and community impact.
Our programs are designed to support—not disrupt—your curriculum, providing no-cost, flexible opportunities that help students explore agriculture beyond the textbook while reinforcing FFA’s mission and career readiness goals.
How IAS Supports Your Program
IAS Ag Pathways Classroom Visits
IAS Ag Pathways is a no-cost outreach program that brings real-world agricultural careers into your classroom or FFA chapter. Through interactive discussions, our team helps students explore career pathways in agronomy, grain, operations, energy, maintenance, and more—while showing how classroom learning and SAE projects connect to future opportunities.
Designed for: Ag classes, FFA chapters, career exploration units
Format: In-person classroom or chapter presentations
Cost: No cost to your school
Spring Agriculture Experience Program
For students ready to gain hands-on experience, the IAS Spring Agriculture Experience Program provides supervised, real-world work experience within a local agricultural cooperative. Students develop technical skills, professional work habits, and career awareness that supports resumes, interviews, and future employment decisions.
Designed for: High school students (18+) interested in agriculture
Timing: Spring program (mid-March through June)
Focus: Career exploration, skill development, real-world exposure
Scholarships for Future Ag Leaders
Innovative Ag Services proudly offers multiple $1,000 scholarships to support students pursuing agriculture-related degrees at Iowa and Wisconsin colleges or universities. FFA members and ag students are strongly encouraged to apply.
Scholarships recognize leadership, commitment to agriculture, and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
Seeding Hope & Innovation Giving Program
Through our Seeding Hope & Innovation program, IAS reinvests in the communities we serve by supporting education, food security, and local nonprofit initiatives. This program reflects our belief that strong communities and strong ag education go hand in hand.
