On January 18, IAS celebrated the dedication and hard work of our full-time team members in style! The evening featured a red-carpet welcome, a delicious dinner, exciting Family Feud game show entertainment, a lively dance party, and more.


We also honored 25 outstanding individuals for reaching significant service milestones with IAS. These team members represent the backbone of our organization, and their unwavering commitment to our vision is truly inspiring.

So far in 2026, IAS has contributed more than $37,000 to projects focused on community vitality, food security, and agricultural education, with additional matching support from the Land O’Lakes Foundation.
