Bell Joins IAS as Feed Technology Lead

We’re thrilled to welcome Alesha Bell to the Innovative Ag Services team as our new Feed Technology Lead!

Alesha brings a deep-rooted passion for the swine industry and a strong foundation in feed technology systems. Since 2017, she has served as an Operations Manager and Administrative Assistant at S&C Pork, where she honed her expertise in both operations and technical support. Her experience makes her a key asset as IAS continues to grow and evolve in the feed sector.

“I am excited to bring my experience with feed and swine technology systems to IAS to help their vision to grow in that area, and am thankful for the opportunity IAS has given me to keep growing and learning in this industry!” – Alesha Bell, Feed Technology Lead

In her new role, Alesha will lead initiatives to strengthen our feed ordering process and explore new opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and customer support—especially in swine nutrition and services. Her deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience with feed technology will be instrumental as we continue to enhance our offerings and bring forward-thinking solutions to the producers we serve.

Alesha is a proud graduate of Upper Iowa University and lives in Ankeny with her husband, Codi, and daughter, Olivia. Please join us in welcoming Alesha to the IAS family—we’re excited for the expertise and enthusiasm she brings to our feed team!
