FY26 IAS Board of Directors Election: Call for Candidates

The FY26 Innovative Ag Services Board of Directors election process is underway, with three seats up for election this fall. Current board members Loren Manternach (representing the Cascade, Farley, and Monticello areas), Steve Perry (Union and Lawn Hill areas), and Joe Thraenert (Elma area) have all indicated their intent to seek re-election.

While these experienced directors plan to run again, IAS welcomes and encourages interested members who live in these respective geographic areas to consider running for the board. Serving on the board is a
meaningful way to contribute to the direction and success of your cooperative.

To be considered, candidates must be nominated by the IAS Nominating Committee, which includes President Randy Blake, Tim Burrack, Ryan Collins, and Adam Hill. The final slate of candidates will be completed by October 1, 2025.

If you’re interested or have questions, please contact Chairman Randy Blake, a nominating committee member, any current board member, IAS CEO Ken Smith, or your local IAS staff. We’re here to help you explore this
leadership opportunity.
