IAS Feed Desk Streamlines Feed Orders and Support

The Centralized Feed Desk at Innovative Ag Services was established in August 2025 to create a more streamlined and efficient ordering process for our customers, sales team, employees, and vendor partners. By establishing one central point of contact for feed orders and support, the Feed Desk helps ensure orders are processed accurately, communication is clear, and timelines are met. While the system is still evolving as we continue to learn and improve, it has already proven to be an effective way to simplify feed ordering and coordination across our locations.

Customers and team members can now place orders, ask questions, or receive assistance quickly through the IAS Feed Desk team. Having a dedicated group focused solely on feed coordination allows us to better serve our customers while maintaining strong communication with our vendors and internal teams. If you need assistance with feed orders or related questions, please contact the IAS Feed Desk at 319-320-1051 or by email at feeddesk@innovativeag.com. We appreciate your patience and partnership as we continue refining this process to better serve you.
