IAS Food Drive: Our Team Is Seeding Hope in Our Communities

Nov 14, 2025

IAS Food Drive
This season, the Innovative Ag Services team is coming together to help fight hunger across the communities we proudly serve. From November 17 through December 5, IAS employees at all locations are participating in our annual Seeding Hope & Innovation Food Drive — and members are welcome to join us by dropping off items at their nearest location.

Our goal is simple: support local families and strengthen the communities that support us.
To amplify the impact, IAS will donate $1 for every item contributed (up to $2,700) and will pursue a matching gift through Land O’Lakes. That means every can, box, or bottle donated helps generate even more support for local food pantries.

All food collected at your local IAS location will be delivered directly to a food pantry in that area. Financial contributions raised through the drive will support the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, which partners with community pantries to ensure food reaches those who need it most.

How Members Can Participate
If you’d like to join our employees in this effort, simply bring nonperishable items to your nearest IAS location and place them in the designated donation area. Your support — alongside ours — will make a meaningful difference.

  • Canned vegetables & fruits, boxed milk, baby food
  • Baking staples: flour, sugar, cake mixes, spices, oil
  • Rice, cereal, pasta, crackers
  • Canned soups, chili, stews
  • Personal care items: toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, women’s hygiene items, diapers, dish soap
