At Innovative Ag Services, supporting the communities we serve is more than a commitment. It’s part of who we are as a cooperative.

Through the IAS Seeding Hope & Innovation initiative, we continue investing in projects and organizations that strengthen rural communities, support local families, and help grow the future of agriculture.

So far in 2026, IAS has contributed more than $37,663 to community initiatives across our territory, with an additional $13,300+ in matching funds secured through partnerships with organizations like the Land O’Lakes Foundation.

These investments support three key focus areas:
  • Community Vitality
  • Food Security
  • Agricultural Education
Recent community vitality projects included support for the Elkader Community Child Care & Learning Center’s roof project and the Garden City Community Club’s community center improvements and 125th town celebration. Both projects help strengthen gathering spaces and essential services that support rural families and communities.

In the area of food security, IAS supported St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and its Free Friday Community Meals program, helping provide meals and connection for community members in need.

Agricultural education also continues to be a major focus. This year, IAS supported several local FFA chapters through the IAS FFA Community Challenge, ultimately contributing more funding than originally planned after seeing the impact and engagement surrounding the projects. Matching gifts helped expand that support even further. IAS also supported AG-WSR FFA test plots, helping provide hands-on learning opportunities for students interested in agriculture.

As a locally owned cooperative, IAS believes strong communities and a strong agricultural industry go hand in hand. Through Seeding Hope & Innovation, IAS remains committed to supporting programs and projects that make a lasting impact across Iowa and Wisconsin communities.
