News Release

Hubbard, Iowa – Tuesday, February 18, 2025 Innovative Ag Services (IAS) is proud to announce that Jamin Manus, West Grain Marketing Manager, has been selected for the National Grain and Feed Association’s (NGFA) 2025-2026 Committee Apprentice Program (CAP).

The CAP program, now in its 11th year, provides emerging leaders within NGFA-member companies the opportunity to engage in the association’s policy and regulatory initiatives. Participants will begin their term at the NGFA Annual Convention next month in Carlsbad, California, where they will join meetings and calls as non-voting committee members. A highlight of the program includes the CAP DC Experience at the Summer Legislative Fly-In in Washington, D.C., where participants will advocate for the grain, feed, and agricultural industry on Capitol Hill.

“We are thrilled to see Jamin recognized as a future leader in the grain industry,” said Charlie White, Vice President of Grain. “His expertise and dedication to grain marketing at IAS make him an outstanding representative for our cooperative in this national program.”

IAS congratulates Jamin on this well-deserved recognition and looks forward to his contributions to NGFA’s advocacy efforts.
