Featured Speaker – Dr. N.T. Cosby, Fortiva (Land O’Lakes) – Cattle Nutritional Technologies/Additives
Dr. Cosby is the ruminant technical manager for Fortiva, the feed additives division of Land O’Lakes. He works with nutritionists, veterinarians, feed mills, and producers to position additive products that support both animal health and business resilience. Before joining Fortiva in 2024, Dr. Cosby spent nearly three decades as a cattle consultant for Purina, serving producers across the country. He holds a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Meat Science from the University of Florida, and a Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition from Colorado State University. He currently lives in Jefferson City, Missouri, and brings a wealth of real-world knowledge to the conversation.
